Where do I / we go from here?

One of the wonderful parts of my job is to be able to create my job as I see fit based on the needs of our staff and our students. One of the dilemnas I face is how to monitor when to get involved and when to stay out and be quiet. This is especially true of my work with CIT. I hope you will be open about clarifying what you need from me/us and when i am overstepping my bounds. HELP!

I'm still not clear what Melissa and my role should be. Sometimes I think it's best to stay out of the way. You're doing great!

I think it is clear what your job is and where you can...and do help. Know that you are valued and that you really have helped so many teachers here at AHS.

I ran across this quote in my text from my Cognitive Coaching Class and I would like to think it could be our guide:"When we no longer know what to do, we come to our real work and when we know which way to go we have begun our real journey. The mind that is not baffled is not employed. The impeded stream is the one that sings."

Wendell Berry

I'd like to to know what you're thinking is aout that.
